Come back from Depression
On the part of World Mental Health day I am here sharing my experience and thoughts on mental health.. come let’s go :)
In our day to day life All we have suffered from depression at one point of time. The thing is how well we come back from depression and shine like a star... lets see some simple way to overcome it
1) Believe in you:
In the world full of miracles and surprises don’t mislead by any Unfortunate moments. Yes.. You are the same human being with the same marvellous capacities as others. Once you believe in you, you can do anything in this world. Passing the life with a strong belief and faith will change entirely every darkness of our life. The question is how long you believe in yourself..
2) Being positive:
Positive mind is similar to a light in the darkness. Turn every sad thoughts to positive thoughts irrespective of the situations you will find how you can do wonders in a second. Because there is a law called Law Of Attraction. It works for every human being. Yes as the name suggests what you think in your inner thoughts will attracts externally.
If you think positive you will attract positive moments and people towards you. Keep this in your mind every time.
3) This moment is temporary:
Yes my friends. This moment will not lasts forever. Have you seen the clouds moving every second?? Bad times bad moments are similar to the clouds it will pass one day and sun will shine and so your life will turn bright. All you have to do is be patient and believe in you
4) Inner calmness :
You are going to live inside your mind throughout your life. So imagine how will be living in a dirty home?? It is very similar to that living in a depressed negative mind. So you should keep your mind clean with positive and beautiful thoughts. This will enable you to calm your mind and think clearly with positive decision in every difficult times.
5) Be busy:
Occupy your mind with some work. This is one method of diversion. Any work like your office woks, games, movies, songs etc.. My personal suggestions are try to go gym and workout you can easily convert any negative mind to positive one, if you are an introvert learn a musical instrument like piano, guitar, violin, read books it will bring very much peace to your life. These are the simplest way by which you can easily handle the depression.
I have strong belief in these techniques because am personally practising these methods for years i have clear idea of how it works and influence our thought process, decision making and finally to overcome from depression..
Think about it..
Better years are ahead..
Start over..
A new thought pattern..
A new emotions..
A new vision to the world..
A new Set of beliefs with unwavering faith :)
